Website information

Website content is general information and an invitation to enquire. Availability, timing, vehicle, accommodation, attraction admission, supplier terms, inclusions, exclusions and prices are binding only when confirmed in a written quotation or booking confirmation.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting or sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance, required traveller information and any applicable payment or deposit have been received and acknowledged.

Third-party services

Hotels, attractions, airlines, restaurants, reserves and other suppliers may apply their own terms, schedules, age rules, cancellation policies and safety requirements. These will be communicated where relevant to a confirmed booking.

Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation terms depend on the confirmed service and supplier rules. Request the applicable written terms before payment.

Travel responsibility

Travellers remain responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, insurance, personal conduct and complying with official instructions. Weather, road closures, operational restrictions or events outside reasonable control may require itinerary changes.

Payments

This website does not collect card payments. Use only payment instructions issued through an authenticated Enjoy Cape Town communication and verify any unexpected change of banking details independently.
